Rockett St. George is one of my all time favorites and when their e-newsletter arrived today, I really had to restrain myself from running for the credit card. Maybe it's because Valentine's Day is on the horizon, or maybe it's because he's out of town and I miss him, but I saw two things that I simply have to buy for my husband. Above, the first - for those of you who don't know, my husband used to play professional soccer, and he is most certainly a championship dad.

And this one honestly made me tear up a bit. It's a lovely reminder that while the daily grind may wear us down from time to time, I am happy and thankful that we are going through it together.

bye bye (blue) birdie

We sold our very last roll of Daydream in Blue yesterday. It was sort of sad to ship it, but we're glad they've all found good homes :) We're thinking about doing a reprint - if you'd be interested in joining a wait list for it, just email us at orders@hyggeandwest.com.

While we said goodbye to Blue Daydream, we also said hello to a new shipment of our always popular Casalinga birds. They are now back in stock in all colors (Blue, White, Gray, Pink and Petrol) - if you've been thinking about them for a while, you may want to buy some fast. The blue ones in particular never last very long...
