a good substitute

I have always been sort of a Louis Vuitton girl, but Lanvin has just blown me out of the water with their handbag brilliance lately. Unfortunately the price tags on the lovelies above are a bit out of my current budget.

These gorgeous clutches by Minneapolis's own Nelle handbags are considerably more budget friendly and are somewhat similar in look. Right now, she's mostly doing clutch bags meant for wedding parties (and gorgeous headbands), but I hope that someday she will expand into a full collection.

I'm currently on vacation with the family in lovely Honolulu, so will be posting a bit less, as computers and the beach don't mix :)
