There was a link to this new collection by Vivienne Westwood for Cole & Sons in the Switched on Set newsletter one day last week, so I thought I'd check it out. It's really really beautiful, as you'd expect a collaboration between a fashion icon and one of the finest wallpaper companies in the world. I'm trying to develop a different type of eye for patterns now that I am 2 sessions into my design class, and the Cole & Sons website has been an incredible source of inspiration.
This is also by Vivienne Westwood and is similarly amazing. I really love the colors.
I also adore the wallpapers they have done with Fornasetti. The first I love for the colors and the way they are used behind the beautiful line drawings, the second because it looks like trophies which is something I've been messing around with in one of my patterns, and the last because it's just stunning. Wouldn't that be so peaceful and beautiful in a bedroom?
