I've been seeing lots of really great slip cast porcelain pieces lately. I'm especially in love with this mason jar replica above by Pigeon Toes Ceramics - wouldn't it be adorable out on the porch on a summer evening? It reminds me of catching fireflies in jars when we were on a vacation in Illinois when I was young. No fireflies in NM, so we found them especially wonderful and magical.
And these porcelain milk bottles by Alissa Ettinger would be great on a kitchen counter with some flowers in them.
I'm not sure if it's technically slip cast, but I couldn't resist adding this beautiful, delicate little wing by Sara Paloma. I'd love to do a whole bunch of them on a wall...
